Let's start with Honesty. If you aren't completely transparent with your Coach, he won't be able to make the proper adjustments to your plan.
Next, your Maximum Effort. At Flight Physiques, you receive an investment, not an expense. Your results are priority number 1, with no exceptions. We take pride in customizing your plan from top to bottom, putting our maximum effort into providing you with all of the necessities to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Last and arguably the most important, remaining Process-Driven. The cold hearted truth nobody wants to hear in this day and age of instant gratification, is results don't happen over night. The process is important because it provides you with wisdom (what works and doesn't work for your body), personal growth (physically and mentally), strength (through discipline), which ultimately leads to the end result, your fitness and health goal.

Healthy habit building and finding a new balance is also something I wanted to cover more in depth. Flight Physiques isn't for the weak minded. Becoming more healthy physically and mentally takes relentless consistency and discipline that many have never dialed into. I don't expect my clients to lose their bad habits overnight because it isn't realistic, BUT, after making the proper transitions and having assistance with accountability and external motivation from your coach, progress is inevitable.
What I mean by "finding a new balance" is developing a new normal. Progress of any kind only comes from change. An old saying I really enjoy is, "nothing worth having has ever come from a comfort zone." Joining Flight Physiques will require you to level up both your mind and body, and the only way to do so is to venture out of your comfort zone.
A strong belief in oneself, along with a strong will to succeed, is also needed to join Flight Physiques. As your Coach, I'm able to see your potential before we even start, but without your ability to also see that potential or at least want to seek it, it's going to be extremely hard to put reason to remaining disciplined to your plan. Which is why, like stated above, remaining process-driven is so important.
