During this demonstration, I incorporate Drop Sets, an advanced training technique that can be further described in 6 Weight Training Techniques Designed to Obliterate Plateaus

Video Demonstration:

Form:

  • Keep feet outside of shoulder width apart.

  • Bend into an athletic stance, and pick up the weight using your legs.

  • Keep your core tight, chest out, throughout the whole exercise.

  • Your upper body should stay at approximately a 45 degree angle.

  • Row until failure of form or strength.

Tip:

Looking to spice up this exercise? Include the Drop Sets as demonstrated above after your top set!
